Refer a Friend Program T&C

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in our “Refer a Friend” program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to all current customers (“Referrer”) of Dexah Advisory Pty Ltd (“Company”) who have accepted and agreed to the AUDD Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Referrers must be of legal age in their respective jurisdictions to participate in the Program.

1.3 Employees and affiliates of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.

2. How the Program Works

2.1 Referrers can refer friends, family members, or acquaintances (“Referee”) to the Company’s website.

2.2 To make a referral, Referrers must use either the unique referral link, or, the unique referral code provided by the Company. Sharing this link or code via email, social media, or other channels is allowed.

2.3 The Referee must be a new customer who does not have or has not previously had an account with the Company.

2.4 When a Referee signs up with the Company and completes a qualifying transaction through its account with the Company, the Referrer will be eligible for a reward of 10 AUDD (“Reward”).

2.5 The Reward will be credited to the Referrer’s account with the Company or provided in the agreed-upon method, as determined by the Company from time to time.

2.6 The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, including the reward amount, at any time without prior notice.

3. Referee Eligibility:

3.1 Referees must use the unique referral link provided by the Referrer to create an account and complete a qualifying transaction.

3.2 Referees must be new customers who have not previously opened an account and/or made any purchases or engagements with the Company.

3.3 Referees must comply with the Company’s AUDD Terms and Conditions, including any applicable policies or guidelines.

4. Limitations and Restrictions:

4.1 Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple accounts to earn additional Rewards.

4.2 Referrers are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained the necessary consent from the Referee to provide their contact information to the Company.

4.3 Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.

4.4 The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referee suspected of fraudulent activity or violating these terms and conditions.

5 Privacy and Data:

5.1 By participating in the Program, both Referrers and Referees acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be collected, stored, and used by the Company in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5.2 The Company will not share any personal information of Referrers or Referees with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by any Referrer or Referee arising out of or in connection with the Program.

6.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

7. General Terms:

7.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Referrer, Referee, and the Company regarding the Program.

7.2 The laws of Victoria, Australia, govern these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.

7.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
